沙特海关政策

沙特进口许多快件由于缺少必要的清关单据，无法在RUH完成清关。快件最终只能是退回至BAH，产生转运延误，而且增加RUH口岸和BAHHUB工作量。

以下为沙特对不同种类商品的清关政策，另外，请参考附件详细信息。

1，以下商品需要获得SASO合格证明

· Mobile phones sets 移动设备装置

· Lap tops, PCs, Computer Monitors, I-Pads 个人电脑、计算机监控器等

· Auto Spare Parts 汽车配件

· Electrical Appliances (ACs, Refrigerators, Heaters, TVs, VCRs etc). 日用电器

· Electrical Sets (Circuit Breakers, Electrical Switches, Transformers etc.). 电子装置（断路器、电子开关、变压器等）

· Cosmetics products 化妆品

请注意：SASO合格证明应该在快件发出之前在始发地取得。

2，以下商品需要获得沙特食品和药品管理部门（SFDA）的批准

· Reagents and Diagnostics 试剂和诊断用品

· Medications and Pharmaceuticals 药物、药品

· Laboratory Chemicals and Solutions 实验室化学品和溶液剂

请注意：在快件发出之前请先确认收件人是否具备SFDA进口资格

3，以下商品需要获得贸易与工业部（MOT）的批准

· Chemicals 化工品

· Ink products 墨水产品

请注意：在快件发出之前，请先确认收件人是否具备MOT进口资格

4，以下商品需要获得通讯与信息技术委员会（CITC）的批准

· All Wireless Telecommunication equipment. 所有的无线通信设备

· Wireless Computer and Networking sets

· GPS equipment

· Satellite Communication equipment

· Receivers with Internet Support

· Detection of Movement Equipment, Tanks Level Probing Radar Applications and Ancillary Equipment (Radio determination Applications)

· Fibre Optics Equipment

· Voice over IP Equipment ( Private usage only )
